1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using M0XY, including its Discord bot, website, dashboard, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the services.
2. Description of Services
M0XY provides tools designed to assist with Discord server management, moderation, customization, community engagement, and creator integrations.
Features may include automated moderation, reaction roles, custom embeds, streaming schedules, social media notifications, and dashboard-based management.
Features may be added, modified, restricted, or discontinued as the service develops.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their actions when using M0XY and for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws, Discord's policies, and the rules of any connected third-party platforms.
Server administrators are responsible for managing permissions and configuring M0XY appropriately within their communities.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use M0XY to:
- Engage in unlawful activities.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals.
- Distribute malicious content or spam.
- Attempt unauthorized access to M0XY systems.
- Exploit bugs or bypass subscription restrictions.
- Interfere with the availability or security of the service.
- Violate Discord or third-party platform policies.
5. Free and Paid Subscriptions
M0XY may offer Free, Premium, and Pro subscription plans with different features and usage limits.
Paid subscriptions are intended to be assigned to individual Discord servers unless otherwise specified during purchase.
Applicable prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and included features will be disclosed before a paid subscription is purchased.
6. Billing and Cancellation
If paid subscriptions are offered, billing will be handled through the payment provider identified during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers will be provided with a way to manage or cancel their subscriptions.
Refund eligibility, applicable cancellation terms, and any legally required consumer rights will be disclosed in the applicable purchase terms.
7. Third-Party Integrations
M0XY may integrate with third-party services, including Discord and TikTok.
These integrations are subject to the availability, permissions, and policies of their respective providers. M0XY does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party features.
Where authorization is required, users must authorize their own accounts or otherwise have appropriate permission to connect them.
8. Service Availability
M0XY is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, technical issues, and third-party outages may temporarily affect functionality.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access to M0XY may be restricted or terminated when users violate these Terms, threaten service security, or engage in abusive behavior.
Users may stop using M0XY by removing the bot from their Discord server. Removing the bot does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable billing process.
10. Intellectual Property
The M0XY name, branding, website design, software, and original materials are owned by their respective rights holders.
Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to applicable third-party platform terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, M0XY and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as M0XY develops. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
